License Question: Public Folder submission adress

    Hello everyone,

     

    cant find an answer in manual or website for the following question:

     

    Does an public folder with active submission adress (e.g. support@domain.tld) consume a license?

    Hello Andreas,

     Any account or address that can send or receive email counts as a "user" and requires a license. If the support@domain.tld account is an existing "user" then it would not require an additional license.

    Hello my license key real expire date is August 2024, but now it is shows that expired. Mail doens't work in our company from the morning 5 hours. Submitted ticket to the support, but they still didn't reply. In such urgent cases they should reply immediatly

    May some on knows what is the issue
