Support agreements may be cancelled within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The refund may be reduced at the discretion of MDaemon Technologies based on the passage of time and/or the number of support incidents. To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service department (sales@help.mdaemon.com). Upon your request, a Letter of Destruction (LOD) for software or a Letter of Cancellation (LOC) for support agreements will be emailed to you for completion, and we will process your return once the LOD is returned to us.
