Multiple concurrently access via webmail to same account

Hi,
When we try to access the same account with webmail from different computer, one of them get disconnected: there is a workaround? We need to access some technical email from more than one pc concurrently.

in MDaemon Remote Admin, go to Webmail Setting | Setting and check "Enable Remember Me"

Jonathan StaffMDaemon Webmail only allows one user to be signed in to an account at a time.
However, for multiple people to access the same messages, you can share the folders of the one user to anyone who needs access.
- Enable Shared Folders in Remote Admin at Setup -> Public Folders -> Public & Shared Folders
- While signed-in to the user with the technical emails, right click on the folder you need to share.
- Click the "Share Folder" option from the context menu.
- In the Share Folder dialog, add the users that need access to the emails with the necessary access levels.
- For the users to see the new folders, they'll need to sign out and sign back in to their accounts.
