Multipop stuck in MDaemon v13.5.1

    I am using MDaemon v13.5.1. I have been facing an issue for a few months for which I need help from all of you. The Multipop service of my MDaemon v13 email server gets stuck once a day, causing me to not receive emails via cPanel. Even when I restart the Multipop service through MDaemon, the issue is not resolved. I have to restart my MDaemon v13 server (machine) to receive all the emails. This issue is now occurring daily. I request a solution from you so that I don't have to restart the server.



  • Unfortunately MDaemon version 13 is no longer supported.  Our first step for troubleshooting is to request that you upgrade to a supported version.  You can download the latest version of MDaemon from https://mdaemon.com/pages/downloads-mdaemon-mail-server-free-trial.

    If you are still having issues after installing the latest version, please send me a copy of the multiPOP log along with a copy of your MDaemon.ini file.  You can upload the information to https://mdaemon.sharefile.com/r-r77d4332c21ab4a28afe9e84ea94e2f3c.

    Can you see that the Multipop session was terminated at 10:26 am, while the actual time is 11:22 am? Please provide a solution for this.


  • As I said before, MDaemon 13.5.1 is not supported.    

    Please upgrade to the latest version of MDaemon.
