IBPP::SQLException error after upgrade SG from 9.0.3 to 9.5.1


  • Hi, after upgrade SG from 9.0.3 to 9.5.1 we get error, SG not working

  • Please upgrade to SecurityGateway 9.5.2 as we made changes that may impact the issue.  If you are still having the issue after upgrading to SG 9.5.2, please upload a copy of Security\Gateway\app\SECURITYGATEWAY.FBD, the current securitygateway system and routing logs, along with copies of the messages referenced in the errors (if they exist).  Also please check the SecurityGateway\CrashDumps and upload any recent files that exist.

    All of the files can be uploaded to https://mdaemon.sharefile.com/r-r77d4332c21ab4a28afe9e84ea94e2f3c. Please let us know when the files have been uploaded.

     


  • @Arron Thank you for your answer, we previously updated to the latest version SG 9.5.2, the problem remained, the database files and logs were downloaded from the link you provided, there are no dumps.

     

  • Thank you for the logs and the database.  Do you have a copy of a message that causes the issue?  There is something in the message that is causing the issue.

  • We will be releasing a beta version of SecurityGateway 9.5.3a today that fixes this issue.  If you'd like to try the beta version, let me know and I can provide you a download link.  If you'd rather not install the beta version, we hope to make 9.5.3 available to the public in the next week or two.

  • The beta version corrects the error with adding the message to the database, but the subject of the message still does not appear correct in the Message Log.  We will look at correcting this for future versions.

    I've sent you a link to sharefile that you can use to download the beta version.  Please let me know if you do not receive the email or if you have any issues downloading.  Beta version of our software will stop working at some point in the future, so make sure you install the public release when it is made available.
