    Your log files show all connections to MDaemon coming from the same IP address, 183.21.26.1.  I'm guessing this is your firewall or a proxy server.  It is intercepting all connections from the internet.  Whatever is causing Outlook for Android to not be able to connect using SSL, is most likely related to this device.  Since all connections to MDaemon are coming from a single IP address, it prevents many of the security features in MDaemon from working.  

    I would reccomend adjusting the configuration on this device to simply pass the connections to MDaemon.  If you'd prefer to not do that, you'll need to troubleshoot the device to see what happening between the device and Outlook for Android that is preventing the connection from working.
