Strange issue when send email to multiple users

    Good morning,

    i have MDaemon version 23.5.1. When one specific user send an email to multiple recipients in TO: field, each recipient receive email as if the mail had been sent only to him (the TO: field contains only him as recipient and not the others mail).

    Why ?

    What email client is being used to send the email? If webmail is being used, what theme are they using?

    What do the MDaemon logs show when the message is being accepted and processed? Please collect copies of the SMTP-In, routing, content filter, antivirus, and smtp out logs, put them in a zip file and upload them to us for analysis.  https://mdaemon.sharefile.com/r-rc3922c1eed334d4dbf5e34f0bd04ccd6

    Hi Arron,

    thank you for your answer. Following it, and reading the content filter log, i found a rule that remove the "TO:" header and substitute  it with another header.
