  • Hello.

    I am looking to purchase SecurityGateway, but I am testing the software before purchasing. Our client is sending us emails and the message is not arriving.

    Email log shows:
    Incomplete Result

    Message log shows:
    Tue 2024-08-13 17:21:57: Socket closed before entire message received (10053)
    Tue 2024-08-13 17:21:57: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. (10053)
    Tue 2024-08-13 17:21:57: ** SMTP session terminated (Bytes in/out: 135/350)

  • Check on google. It's eems to be an windows error and not Security gatewaqy error.


  • Does this happen with all messages or just some of them?

    Does it happen with all messages from this sender or just some of them?

    Will a very small message be delivered delivered correctly?  Does this only happen with messages over a certain size?

    Is there any AntiVirus software running on the machine other than the AV engine in SecurityGateway?  If there is, please exclude all SecurityGateway directories from scanning in the 3rd party AV engine.

    If you have an AV gateway, is it logging an error?

    Do you have a proxy server or firewall that is interferring with the connection?

    Is anything logged in the Windows event log?
