Unable to show received email


  • This just started happening. ( I don't know if it matters, but we do have the newest update.)

    some emails from Microsoft, that are image heavy, are not showing up to the receipent.

    there is a 'Loading...' on top right and when that stops, its just blank. However, when the email is forwarded, the message shows. We also check resource monitor on the server and whenever its trying to open the email, the resources usage goes pretty high until the 'Loading....' message stops. These were advertisement emails, so we aren't worried too much but because we do receive alot of image heavy emails, we would just like to make sure it doesn't effect legitimate emails.

  • Please install the latest version, we released 24.5.2 yesterday, it should fix the issue. Please let us know if it does not fix the issue.

    If you are already running 24.5.2, please upload a copy of an MSG file to us that causes the issue to occur.

  • Make sure you have cleared the browser caches after upgrading.  I tested the message on my test machine and it worked correctly in 24.5.2.
