There is a problem during the server transfer process.

I migrated the server.
I will describe it step by step:
1. A new Windows 2019 machine was installed
2. Directories with user mailboxes were migrated.
3. A version of MDaemon 2401 identical to the original machine was installed (an update was planned after the migration) and here are the discrepancies, please explain the situation and, if there is one, suggest a solution:a: During the installation, there was no window about creating the MDaemon service
(The service was not created)
At the same time, the service "MDaemon Remote Administration Service" appeared.b: The rules were not registered in the Windows Firewall. (I registered them manually, but this is incorrect) Several more transfers are planned, so the problem with automatically entering records into the Firewall is relevant.

If MDaemon detects that its already on the machine it does not create the Service. You can manually create the service by opening the MDaemon UI and going to Setup / Preferences / Windows Server, click the install service button.
MDaemon does not create rules in the windows firewall, you will need to do that manually.

Previously, on a new installation, the installer requested the creation of a service.
And also wrote down the rules in the firewall. I did not have to write them additionally.I only transferred the user directories without installing Mdaemon
Mdaemon was installed on a clean machine.
On it, the Mdaemon/ directory was created and the users folder was moved to it because it is very large.

As far as I am aware, MDaemon has never exported rules from or created rules in the Windows Firewall. We do have a request on our wishlist to implement functionality to automaticaly add MDaemon.exe and other executables to the allowed list.
I'm not able to reproduce the issue on a clean Server 2019 english machine. Can you reproduce it on a clean server 2019 machine without copying the user mailbox over? What language is the OS using?

There is no way to reproduce it on a clean machine yet.
Initially, the English locale with Russian support was installed
And on the test machine it was checked with version MDaemon 2350, I think
