Проблема с переносом писем в папки

  Доброго дня!

  Проблема заключается в невозможности переместить письмо в одну из папок.

  Просто кликаю правой кнопкой мыши, выбираю "Копировать/Переместить", страница обновляется и ничего не происходит. То же самое ничего не происходит, если попытаться перетащить письмо мышкой в папку.

  

  Знает кто-нибудь как решать такую проблему?

  При этом эта проблема не массовая.

  What version of MDaemon are you using?

  What theme is being used?  It looks like the LookOut theme, if you try the WorldClient or the Pro theme do you have the same issue?

  What browser is being used?  If you try a different browser do you have the same issue?

  Are there any errors in the webmail logs?

  If you open the develop console in the browser, are there any errors logs when trying to move messages?

  Are you able to move messages to a different folder? 

  Are you able to move some messages and not others, or do the issue occur with all messages?  

  If you clear the browser cache do you have the same issue?

  When did the problem start occurring?
