Priority Technical Support Agreements are exclusively available for supported versions of MDaemon. These agreements are sold per MDaemon license and encompass support for licensed features such as MDaemon Connector for Outlook, AntiVirus, and ActiveSync. The displayed pricing applies to a stand-alone (on premises) server deployed for an organization and is not intended for commercial use in a hosted environment, as expressed in the End User License Agreement (EULA). What happens once a purchase is made?
You will receive an order confirmation via email, usually within a few minutes after placing an on-line order. If you purchased a product that requires a software registration (license) key, the following will occur:

  • If paying with a credit card, your new registration key(s) will be sent via email within a few minutes.
  • If you choose PO/Wire Transfer as the payment method, your new registration key(s) will not be issued until payment has been received by bank transfer or check. Once we have received and applied that payment to your order, your new registration key(s) will be sent via email.
