Quarantine Queue and Learn as Spam
-
We had a number of email come through that were spam and said to be virus or phishing and MDaemon put them in the Quarantine Queue. These email were selected in the Web Admin Console and "Learn as Spam" was selected, then these email were deleted.
Unfortunately a couple of these email were legit and now MDeamon blocks them.
How do we now undelete these legit email and mark them as "not spam" to prevent MDeamon from blocking them in the future. Where are these email placed when deleted from the Web Admin Console?

You would you need to use some sort of disk undelete utility. MDaemon does not save a copy of messages when you delete them from the quarantine.
What does the inbound SMTP log show is happening when the messages are rejected? Depending on the specific reason they are rejected the specific steps will vary. But basically, you'll need to add appropriate exclusions to allow the messages to be delivered and then send the messages to us as spam/virus false positives and/or submit the messages to bayesian learning as not spam.
