Email dissapear inside Outlook 2016 after mark as "FLAG", and Sent Items not appear emails ent out

    After upgrading to Mdaemon 23.5.1 most users face this problem. We never faced this issue when we were using 23.5.0. Hope to get feedback very soon.



  • @Azizan How are the Outlook clients connecting to MDaemon? IMAP/POP3, ActiveSync, or MDaemon Connector?

  • I have revert back to 23.5.0 and everything working as normal.


  • @Azizan Which version of the MDaemon Connector is installed?  Was this happening for all MDaemon Connector users or just this account?  Was the issue only occurring on Outlook 2016?  I am not able to reproduce any issues with message flags or sent mail with MDaemon 23.5.1 with MDaemon Connector 7.0.7 installed on both Outlook 2019 and 2021.

  • We are using Outlook Connecter 7.0.7 and it happened to almost every user. We have not tried using anything other than Outlook 2016, since the majority of our users use Outlook 2016 and some use WorldClient.
