Moving old server to new one - Activation Issue

  Hello,

  We have moved an old server (physical) to a new one virtual ... old server has crashed ... 

   

  Virtual Server (after running for some time) gives me message now shutting down due to detection of dual activation 

  Old server is down

   

  I already wrote support but they did not provide me solution by now ...

  I have valid license .. only one active server - but this one i can not activate now 

  Please help me on with that

  Hello ... after more 7hrs of communication without actual getting system up and running i just asked myself if there is another known solution
