Appointment reminders to customers via SMS/Whatsapp

  Good morning,
  in an installation with Outlook Connector, in which several users share a single calendar, 
  is there a plug-in compatible with the connector that can send appointment reminders to customers via SMS/Whatsapp?

  According to google, there are a number of applications that integrate with outlook and can send reminders via SMS.  I have not used any of them and I unknown if they work with Outlook Connector.  

  If you find they are causing issues with Outlook Connector, one option might be to use ActiveSync to sync the data to Outlook instead of Outlook Connector.

  If MDaemon is sending reminder emails, you may also be able to use the content filter and/or a script to generate a reminder email and send it to the customer via SMS.
