HTML Editor in Calendar
-
Hi,
I run the latest version of Mdaemon and I 'd have two questions:
1. Why does only Pro theme use TinyMCE ?
For example If I create an event using Pro theme by inserting for example the link Google , other uses that prefere using different themes like Worldclient only see the non clickable text "Google <http://www.google.com>" . Any possibile solution?2. if I sync an Outlook calendar with Mdaemon calendar using Caldav (I use Caldavsynchronizer) any html code in the Outlook event description is lost even if I access the calendar using Pro theme. Any workaround ?
Thank you,
Luca

1. I'm not able to reproduce the issue. What version of MDaemon are you using? Can you upload a sample MSG file that reproduces the issue for you to https://mdaemon.sharefile.com/r-rc3922c1eed334d4dbf5e34f0bd04ccd6
2. I was able to reproduce this, from my testing it look like CalDAV Synchronizer is not sending the HTML. You can check this on your server by going to Setup / Web & IM / CalDAV & CardDAV, check the box for "Enable HTTP request and response logging" and click OK. Then add an event to your Outlook Calendar and syncronize it to the server. Go to your MDaemon\Logs\MDWebDAV\$DATE$ directory and find the PUT associated with the event being added to the server. Open the file and you will see the data that is being sent by CalDAV Synchronizer.
You'll want to turn off the option to log requests and responses after you are done testing.
