Mobile Client Missing Emails

    HI

    We rely on mobile devices alot mostley IPhones to view our email, I have been waiting for emails to confirm jobs to come through which our customer has said they have sent. This emails dont appear on the Iphones but do show logging on to Mdeamon with a laptop.

    I have checked there are no filters applied which there isnt, anybody seen this?

    What version of MDaemon are you using?

    What email client are you using?

    What protocol is being used to sync the messages to the phone?

    What do the MDaemon logs show is happening?  For example, if you are using ActiveSync to sync the data the ActiveSync log should show the message being sent to the device.

    If you'd like help looking through the logs, please send us a copy of the MSG file from your mailbox of a message that is not shown on your device along with MDaemon's routing and AirSync logs for the day the message was received.
