Email statistics for messages sent and received by users
-
Hello,
For a long time, a large number of customers have sought to summarize and query the number of emails sent and received, as well as the total email size, within a specific period in MDaemon, encompassing both internal and external emails.
Today, another customer inquired whether MDaemon can count the number of emails sent and received, as well as the total size of emails, for all users or specific users in this year. I told him that MDaemon currently doesn't have this function.
Is it possible for MDaemon to improve this function?

Remote Administration offers reports for inbound and outbound emails that show top senders, top recipients, top senders by size, and top recipients by size. By default each report only shows 15 records, but that can be customized on each report. When the max records value is higher than what can be shown on the graph, the data is still included in the table below the graph.
Have you used this functionality? Is there specific reports you want added? Or what specifically don't you like about the current reports?

Hi Arron,
I checked that report, but the data isn't clear enough.
Typically, users need to count the number of emails received within a certain period of time, including how many are from external sources, how many are from internal sources, how many are quarantined, the reasons for quarantine, how many are rejected, and the reasons for rejection.
They also need to count the number of emails sent within a certain period of time, including how many are sent internally, how many are sent externally, how many are sent successfully, how many fail, and a summary of the reasons for failure.
This statistics function needs to be able to count for a single person, multiple people, or everyone.
