Heuristics limits exceeded

    Hello,

    Some files are getting quarantined with the message Heruristics limits exceeded.

    I understand we could change the limit but is there a way to get notifications for those quarantines?

    MDaemon can send a summary of emails in the quarantine queue every X minutes.  You can find it in Remote Administration under  Sertup | Mail Queues/DSN | Holding Queue.

    If you want to be notified for each message that is placed into the quarantine queue, you should be able to write a custom script that monitors the quarantine queue directory and have it send a notification email when it finds a message matching your criteria.
