Mdaemon version compatibility with Windows server versions.

    Hello,

    I installed Mdaemon 22.0.7 64-bit on a Windows 2008 R2 Standard Server.

    I'm looking for information about the compatibility of later versions of Mdaemon on this server platform, but the only information I've found is Microsoft Windows 2025 | 2022 | 11 | 2019 | 10 | 2016 | 2012.

    So, do I need to upgrade my server to the latest version? Are versions 23.x and 24.x not compatible on Windows 2008 R2?

    MDaemon 25.5.0 and newer require Windows 10, Server 2012, or newer.  These versions will not install on Server 2008 R2.  

    Versions prior to 25.5.0 will install on older operating systems such as Server 2008 R2, however, we do not offer support for them when running on these operating systems.

    Our reccomendation is to upgrade to a newer operating system.
