IKARUS definitions up to date.Am I missing an manual update?

Our server shows the last update for ClamAV was today, June 5, 2023.
What does the clamav update log show is happening?

According to the log the database is up to date. It does show "Current database is 1 version behind" but then it proceeds to download an update which you can see as "Downloading database patch #26929" . So you are using the same version that we have on our server 26929.
When did you recieve the notification that the database files for ClamAV were out of date? Do you have the ClamAV update log from that day so we can see what was going on?
What version of MDaemon are you using?
If you go to Security / AntiVirus / AV Updater, what does it show for the ClamAV signature version?
Can you post the [ClamAV] section from the Settings.ini file found at \MDaemon\SecurityPlus\ClamAVPlugin\
