2-Factor Authentication not working

I was prompted to re-enter a 6 digit code from my authenticator app (Google Authenticator). Security Gateway told me it was wrong. Ok, so I e-mailed the link to disable 2-factor authtication, it then made me re-add. So I deleted the existing entry in my Authenticator app and scanned the QR code and re-added it. I enter the 6 digit code, Security Gateway tells me that is wrong too. So now I am locked out.
What is going on here?

Hi Bill,
Please make sure that the time on the server is correct and matches up with the time on your phone. They do not have to be in the same time zone, but the minutes do need to be within 1 digit of each other in order for the one time password to work, since they are time based.
This is the most common cause of such issues.
In case that's not the cause, what version of SecurityGateway are you using?
