Mdaemon - Mailing List problem

Hi there,
When we send an email to a mailing list, some users in the list do not receive the email. What could be the cause of this issue?

What version of MDaemon are you using?
Is it always the same users that do not receive the message?
Are the users local or remote?
What do MDaemon's log files show is happening? If the users are remote, I would start in the SMTP out log and search for the email address of a user that did not receive the message. If the uers are local, I would start in MDaemon's routing log and search for the mailbox name of a user that did not receive the message.

I’m using version 24.0.2, and the issue occurs randomly for different users. The log files show that emails are not being sent to certain users.
