Hello,
many messages with pdf attachment come through.

There are also no exceptions for individual domains.Is there another setting that I have overlooked?

My apologies for the delay. The "R2*" entry in the attachment filtering list is causing the message to be rejected. If possible, you can rename the attachment to start with any letter other than "R" and this will not occur. The other work around is to remove the "R2*" entry from the list. There are also entries for R0* and R1* which could cause the same issue.
The entries are in place to block multi-volume archives, which are most often used maliciously. In this case the entry is not working as expected. I've submitted a bug for the development team to review.
