Mail is automatically moved to the Deleted Items folder.

Hello,
I have a problem where messages from a specific sender appear briefly in the recipient's inbox and are automatically moved to the “Deleted Items” folder after a few seconds.
The problem only occurs with two recipients in the recipient domain; for other users in the recipient domain, the email is not automatically moved to the “Deleted Items” folder.
The SPAM filter is actually disabled for the entire server.

It sounds to me like there is a rule configured in an email client that is checking the account. The rule in the client is moving the messages to the deleted items folder.
Check to make sure the address is not on a sender block list in the client, and there are no rules being applied. Remeber there can be multiple email clients checking the same account.
I don't think the rule is configured in MDaemon because if it were MDaemon placing the message in the deleted items folder, the message would never appear in the inbox.

Hello Arron,
Thank you for your suggestions.
I didn't know where else to look on the server after I had already tested everything. With your answer, I was able to rule out the server as the source of the error.
I had already looked at all the clients. There was no rule entered anywhere.
The problem was with one user's iPhone. They had accidentally blocked the sender in question. This explains the strange behavior of the messages ending up in the “Deleted Items” folder.

Oliver
