Another AI question: tools

  My last AI related question, I promise.  Apparently in the OpenAI API there is a parameter to allow the model to use tools.  So for instance I have configured an MCP server in LM Studio to use Brave Search, and when using a chat conversation the model can perform a web search via this if it deems necessary or is instructed to.  This doesn't seem to work via Security Gateway's prompt so I am guessing it is not passing this parameter in the API call.  I guess the idea here would be to allow the model to use web search if it thought necessary to improve it's classification efforts.  I guess it's also possible that there's really nothing useful it could determine by searching so this is pointless?

  Please ask all the questions you'd like.

  The current implementation does not support the tools parameters.  I'll add it to our wishlist to consider for future versions.
