Outbreak Protection not working

    Hello!

    I have an issue with Outbreak Protection, it says "The Outbreak Protection service is not available." And in the logs:

    Tue 2026-08-25 14:24:12: Outbreak protection service is not available
    Tue 2026-08-25 14:24:12: * CCommTouchScanner Error: HttpError: 409
     
    In Security - Anti-Spam outbreak is greyout.
     
    I already restarted SecurityGateway service.

    The 3rd party provider of the Outbreak protection service is currently under a DDoS attack.  They are actively implementing remediation steps to address the issue as soon as possible.

    I received a confirmation from data443, the Outbreak Protection provider, that the service has been restored.  If you are still having issues, restart SecurityGateway.  If the issue persists let us know and we will investigate.
