Adding security warning at the top of incoming E-Mails

    HI!

    Is there a way to automatically add a warning message at the beginning of all incoming emails, advising users not to click on any links?

    For example: 

    SECURITY WARNING:

    Ta wiadomość pochodzi z zewnętrznego źródła - uważaj na załączniki i linki. Jeśli wiadomość wyda Ci się podejrzana zgłoś incydent.
    This email is from an external source - be careful of attachments and links. Please follow good practices and report suspicious emails.

    Yes, add a content filter rule that uses the "add warning to top of message action".  Here is the rule that is created by default:

    RuleName=External message warning
Enable=Yes
ThisRuleCondition=Any
ProcessQueue=LOCAL
Condition01=body|external sender|AND|
Action01=add warning html|"<div style="border:solid;background:#FFEB9C;">","<p style="line-height:12.0pt;margin-left:auto;margin-right:auto;width:98%"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;color:red">CAUTION: </span>This email ","originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.</p>","</div>"
