mobile outlook IMAP search do not work

we have mdaemon server with many users. Most of them are using Mcrosoft Outlook fro Android on their phones. People started reporting that email search is not working. All of them are set up as IMAP. Is it something with server or outlook for mobile app is broken. As if to use excnage search works no problems

It is my understanding that the Outlook for Mobile app synchronizes your data from your mail server to a 3rd party server, which the client then connects to in order to download the data.

If you are still having issues:
When the client attempts to search do the users get an error? What do they see happening?
When the clients attempt a search, what do the IMAP logs on the MDaemon server show is happening? Is there any activity?
Do you have the same issue if you use the native email client on the phone to connect to MDaemon using IMAP?
