Duplicate letters

    Good afternoon. There was such a question. I have 19 users and the boss wants to see all their emails, but it often happens that other users write letters to these 19 people and the boss gets a lot of duplicate emails. How can I solve this issue through mdaemon, maybe through a filter, but I did not find a solution. Help me please. Everyone uses Outlook.

    How is the boss currently getting copies of the emails?  

    Perhaps instead of sending copies of each email to the boss, you could just configure all 19 accounts to be shared with the boss.  Then you don't have duplicated emails on the servers and the boss can easily see all users mailboxes, including sent items, in his favorite email client.
