No. What you describe is not possible.

I will add that you can link your Google Drive or Dropbox account to an MDaemon account. Allowing users to save attachments directly to Dropbox/Google Drive. When connected to a Dropbox account, users can generate links to dropbox files when composing messages. See the articles below for information and how to configure these features.
