Master Everyone email list access

    Hello,

    How do I go about giving a user access to MasterEveryone email list without any other privileges?

    They would just need the ability to email everyone in the company but without any other permissions.

    You'll need to create your own mastereveryone list. Be sure to name it something other than mastereveryone or MDaemon will delete the list when it is started.  If it must be named "mastereveryone" then after your changes are done mark the file as read only.  

    Edit the GRP file in the MDaemon\app directory and add each domain as a member after the last line that starts with ";", like the following:

    ; DefaultMode = Read only

^ALL_USERS:company.test

    Where "company.test" is your domain name. There should be a single blank line between the last setting and the beginning of the list membership.

    Save the file and then edit the mailing list in MDaemon and in MDaemon add the desired user as a member with post only access.
