Email - Re-sent email - Reply all

  From the sent items folder, when we want to forward an email and click on “reply all,” our email address is also included in the recipient field. Is there a setting that prevents our email address from being included as a recipient?

   

  We use Webclient.

  Hi Muazzam,

  Sorry, but there is no setting for this. Replying to a message that is from yourself will place your email address in the To field no matter which folder you are in. 

  I've made a feature request for handling replying to yourself differently, given a certain setting.

  For all we know, there are users out there that use this behavior to send themselves notes on a thread, so we will not be changing the behavior outright.
