  After upgrading to v24.0 my users are unable to right click a message and change/add categories, it doesn't exist in the menu. If they OPEN the message, then it shows. We cleared the browser cache...

  Update so far seems to have worked, I'm keeping a watch on it. It did notify me, I just missed the message. (I use Emclient myself, but many in the office prefer Worldclient).

  I'll wait for the 23.0.2 to be released, but it sounds like you've figured out the problem I'm reporting by your description you gave which makes perfect sense.
