Hi.
When a new mail arrives, sometimes only a white window appears when you click on it.
Then you have to close Outlook 2019 and open it again. Then the mail appears.
Connection via connector, only the subject lines are loaded.What could be the problem?
We only have this on the PCs with MDaemon Connector.Thank you, Raimund

Do all MDaemon Connector users experience this problem, or only some of them?
When did users start to experience this problem?
Before this started happening, was there an update made to Outlook or Office on the workstations where this problem occurs?
Are the affected users all running the same update build of Outlook 2019?
Does this occur if an affected user creates a new MDaemon Connector mail profile on an affected workstation?
If all of the Outlook add-ins are disabled in an affected user's Outlook client, except for MDaemon Connector, does the problem still occur?
If the affected user disables the reading pane, does the problem still occur?
Does this problem still occur if the user temporarily disables any third-party anti-virus that is running on their workstation?
Are they able to reproduce this problem using a new test account?

Yes, all Connector-Users, but not if the computers are connected via ActiveSync.
The user have only one account on the Outlook.
Often we don't see anything, sometimes we only see the mail but not the attachments. Then you wait 10 minutes and suddenly the attachments are there too. MDaemon is inhouse, we previously had an inhouse Exchange server without this problem.We have only had MDaemon for a week. Updates have been made, Outlook and Windows 10 are up to date.
We have already created a new profile several times, no change.
Yes, the problem also occurs when other add-ons are switched off.
It occurs for all users with MDaemon Connector. I already noticed it when installing MDaemon and sending/receiving the test mails.
We need the reading pane, we can't disable it. But ist happens also without the reading pane.
I have switched off Eset Antivirus as a test, no change.
I have excluded the cache file from detection in Eset Antivirus. It happens also with a new MDaemon-Account.Thanks, Raimund.

When submitting the request, be sure to mention your community forum post and its title, "new mail arrives, white window."
Please include the following in your support request:
A. Copies of the "MDaemon-all.log" and "MDaemon-MDaemon-Connector.log" files from that day (compressed in a ZIP file)
B. A copy of your \MDaemon\LocalData folder
C. The name of the account that you used to reproduce the problem
D. Note the time it was when you launched Outlook and the time it was when you reproduced the problem on that day
