Its a bug in SecurityGateway, the "." after the domain name is not being hanlded correctly.  You can work around it by adding the sending IP to the allow list. We hope to have a fix available ...

Please use "contains" for the Relation instead of "is" for both of the Path filters. New logs uploaded. The same logic (logs 1&2 message not saved in Sent Items, log 3 message saved) 

As I said before, MDaemon 13.5.1 is not supported.     Please upgrade to the latest version of MDaemon.
